Registration Terms & Conditions for adePOS Demo

1. Introduction

Welcome to adePOS. By checking the box and registering for an account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your registration for a Demo Login to evaluate the adePOS system ("The Software").

2. Purpose of Registration

You acknowledge that this registration is for the sole purpose of setting up a Demo/Evaluation Account.

The information you provide will be used to provision your secure login credentials.
This account is intended for testing and evaluating the features of adePOS ("Best POS in the market").

3. The Demo Account

7-Day Trial Period: Your demo access is valid for 7 days starting from the moment your account is created.
Subscription Requirement: Upon expiration of the 7-day trial, your access will be restricted. To continue enjoying the full system and features, you must pay to subscribe to a plan.
Evaluation Only: The demo account is provided for you to test functionality. It is not intended for permanent business record-keeping unless you upgrade to a paid subscription.
Data Persistence: We cannot guarantee the permanent storage of data entered during the demo phase. We reserve the right to wipe demo data if a subscription is not activated upon expiration.
Availability: We strive to keep the demo active 24/7, but as this is a testing environment, there may be occasional maintenance.

4. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and current information (Name, Email, Phone) during registration so we can successfully send you your login credentials.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login credentials provided to you. Do not share your demo login with unauthorized third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, text, graphics, and interfaces included in adePOS are the property of adePOS (or its licensors) and are protected by copyright laws. Granting you a demo login does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your registration details will strictly be used to:

Send you login details and instructions.
Contact you regarding your experience with the demo or to discuss subscription options.

7. Limitation of Liability

The adePOS demo is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" for testing purposes. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the demo environment, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your demo access at any time if we suspect misuse of the system or a violation of these terms.
